MyDesignScape (“MDS”) Terms and Conditions

Landscape Plan

A. Site Inventory and Analysis
MDS will use the plat, survey, or aerial & site photos provided by Client and conduct a site inventory and analysis to assist in locating existing structures, views, access, existing plant material, utilities, easements, and restrictions on the property. A base map will be drawn for use in the design process, which will include the house footprint as shown on the plat, survey, or aerial & site photos provided by Client.

B. Design Input
As part of your design team, we will develop design solutions based on a description of
your wants and needs for the design area.

C. Revisions
Upon receipt of the plan, Client may submit any comments within 7 business days for a
free round of revisions. MDS will make any scope or design changes necessary after
having reviewed Client comments.

D. Additional Revisions
Any changes to the scope of work after the first free revision will incur additional fees of $50 per revision.

E. Payment Terms
All plans are completed within 7 business days from receipt of a 50% deposit. If this is
not possible due to size of property, we will let you know immediately. In order to release the final plan, remaining balance must be paid.
